Practice will be 4pm-5pm for all age groups starting on Thursday June 19th and Friday June 20th. We will continue 4-5pm on Monday June 23rd and Tuesday June 24th. 

Starting on Wednesday June 25th, regular practices begin in the morning, according to age groups. There will be no practice on July 3rd or July 4th.

What is Stroke Clinic and what is the schedule for Stroke Clinic?

Stroke Clinics are separate sessions that focus on improving technique. They are 30 minutes and below is the schedule.

Stroke Clinics are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Times:

• 02:00 PM – 02:30 PM
• 02:30 PM – 03:00 PM
• 03:00 PM – 03:30 PM
• 03:30 PM – 04:00 PM

You must sign up for Stroke Clinic when you attend the regular practice sessions, so the coaches know how many swimmers will be attending later that day.
